How do I view my billing history & receipts?

What if the payment success and didn't receive the receipt?


Step 1: If the payment is successful and you didn't receive your invoice mail, Please contact the support team at support@unschool.in.


Step 2: If the payment is successful and you didn't receive your login access, please contact the support team at support@unschool.in.


What if the payment fails/ money gets deducted from your account?


Do not worry if your payment gets stuck or money got deducted. 


Step 1: If the payment gets failed, go back and try to purchase the course.


Step 2: If the payments get failed and still the money gets deducted, Please wait for at least 6-7 business days for a refund and it will be reflected in your bank.



Requesting for a custom invoice.


Credit Card: If you subscribed through a credit card, please reach out to us with the information you'd like to request on the customised invoice.
